Appointed by Wiseman Associates; CBS has successfully completed re-roofing works to this Grade B listed property positioned in the Glasgow West Conservation Area.
In addition to the roof replacements, various other works were included as part of the main contract. Including; preparation of an asbestos refurbishment survey and report; erection and management of access scaffold, replacement of all lead work and gutters; repairs to downpipes; chimney repairs; replacement of central cupola glazing and leadwork; replacement of roof windows; installation of roof vents and roof anchors; stairwell repairs; rot works, timber treatments, lintel and bresummer beam replacements, plasterworks and full re-decoration.
By ensuring the project was vigilantly managed through all stages of the programme; CBS successfully delivered the project within delivery target and budget.
