Principal contractor Contract Building Services (Scotland) Ltd has been appointed to a property maintenance framework by I-Flair, a consortium of housing associations in East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Renfrewshire.
The four-year framework agreement consists of ten individual Lots of planned maintenance and services with CBS securing 4 Lots including: roofing and external walls; window and door replacements, kitchen replacements and bathroom replacements.
The framework is currently utilised by eight members: Barrhead, Bridgewater, Cloch, Ferguslie Park, Linstone, Oak Tree, Paisley and Williamsburgh.Housing Associations.
