CBS are delighted to announce they have been successfully appointed to Shettleston Housing Association`s Planned Maintenance Framework worth up to £2 million, over a four-year period.
After a two-stage tendering process, a total of 3 specialist firms secured a place on Lot 4 of the framework for SHQS / Comprehensive internal refurbishment to multiple or individual properties.
A real benefit to the local community is the social value delivery that is aligned to organisational priorities and will be monitored and reported against for all projects awarded.
