The entire front elevation of this tenement building had collapsed in 2017 leaving the building empty and fully exposed with emergency temporary supports in place. The building was nicknamed ‘The Dolls House’ due to its appearance. Our engagement was to rebuild the entire front elevation in new sand stone trying to maintain many of the of the original details but to adopt a flat surface in lieu of the previous bay windows. Works also included re-roofing, rot eradication, internal flat repairs, kitchens bathrooms and services.
