CBS were entrusted to manage the fire damage reinstatement of two residential properties in Duntocher.
By delivering a comprehensive schedule of works, we were able to provide a full restoration programme to bring these properties back to their original state.
Scope of works included; fitting of temporary structural propping, minor repairs to front and rear elevations, removal of debris, renewal of ceilings and walls, plastering, floor joists and boards, electrical, plumbing and heating works. In addition, we carried out an extensive programme of redecoration to each property and the common close areas.
Our dedicated Site Manager ensured Health & Safety regulations were adhered to, as well as keeping the property owners fully updated at all times throughout the project works. Our skilled tradesmen provided care and attention to the properties and ensured that sites were left clean and tidy, keeping disruption to a minimum.
The project took 12 weeks to complete with handover to the client early January 2018.
