Contract Building Services (Scotland) Ltd have been appointed to the Framework Agreement for pitched and flat roof replacements 2017-2020, Glasgow North.
The appointment follows a robust evaluation and open tendering process, with CBS having successfully demonstrated their ability to work collaboratively with the client.
The framework will operate for a minimum of three years and comprises the complete replacement of both pitched and flat roof coverings including any associated builders work required to various properties within the Association`s stock.
Designed to contribute to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the residents of the north of Glasgow; each framework partner has signed up to agreed social, economic and environmental value performance indicators.
