CBS have successfully completed a series of tenement building refurbishments in the Strathbungo area of Glasgow, transforming outdated bedsits into modern one-bedroom flats.
The programme of internal alterations and improvements to nine buildings, reconfiguring existing layouts and installing new bathrooms and kitchens. The buildings also required complete upgrades of plumbing, heating, electrics and windows. Structural repairs and rot eradication works were also completed.
The properties are spread across Allison Street, Bowman Street, Calder Street, Chapman Street and Craigie Street.
This £1.3m housing regeneration project being delivered by Southside Housing Association provides high quality housing for local people.
