Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Clydebank Housing Association have appointed CBS to Phase 2 of their multi-storey refurbishment programme.
The residential buildings at Cowal View, Leven View and Lomond View, Radnor Park, have been a visible part of the Clydebank landscape for many years and the association is currently refurbishing the buildings.
Work is well underway and promises to radically update entrance foyers with external painter work at ground floor level completing the transformations.
CBS site staff are liaising closely with the residents who remain in their homes as the works progress, keeping them informed and ensuring that the programme runs smoothly and with the least possible disruption.
Our refurbishing team, assisted by a young tiling apprentice, are on schedule to complete works within the 12-week programme.
