Extensive structural stone repairs have restored the exterior of this sandstone building to its former glory, whilst inside, the interiors have been updated to meet the needs of the tenants.
The works value exceeded £586k and included, roof fabric renewal, chimney repairs, structural works and extensive rot works. As a finishing touch the tenement close was also upgraded with a full redecoration, new security doors and door entry system.
