Contract Building Services (Scotland) Ltd are now into their second year of their Glasgow City Council Statutory Repairs Framework.
The framework for statutory repairs of privately owned tenements and general housing properties in Glasgow City – Major Repairs over £50,000.
Since the Framework began in July 2016, CBS have covered a wide and diverse range of work activities from minor repair projects to large refurbishment projects.
We have achieved high levels of sustainability and environmental objectives by engaging with local supply chain, employing local operatives and utilising local resources.
We look forward to working closely with Glasgow City Council on future projects and to supporting the local communities.
