Appointed by Wiseman Associates, CBS have commenced works at Airlie Street in the Hyndland area of Glasgow`s West End.
The project encompasses roof and leadwork repairs, replacement of cupola and trims, stonework and render repairs, rotwork repairs and repairs to the internal fabric.
The property will remain occupied throughout all stages of the program with works phased to minimise disruption to residents and ensure continued unimpeded access is always available.
CBS are appointed to several projects in the area including re-roofing and fabric repairs at Fergus Drive and structural repairs at Hyndland Road.
