Glasgow City Council has re-appointed Contract Building Services (Scotland) Ltd to its Statutory Private Sector Housing Repairs Framework.
The framework has a combined value of £10m across 2 Lots with CBS securing a place on each, Lot 1 for projects up to £499,999 and Lot 2 for projects exceeding £500,000.
Having been initially appointed to the framework in 2016, CBS has been working closely with the council and has successfully delivered over 14 projects to date.
Previous projects completed by CBS include the £662,000 tenement repairs of 26-28 Ibrox Street within Govan, the £586,000 structural repairs of 4 Melville Street in Pollokshields and the £140,000 fire reinstatement works of 45 Aberfoyle Street in Dennistoun.
CBS has successfully secured appointment to several frameworks this year covering a broad range of services from roofing, refurbishment and construction.
Examples include Govanhill Housing Associations Framework for Major Repairs, LHC Whole House Refurbishment Framework, and Southside Housing Associations New Build & CTIW Framework.
