Procured by LHC, the four-year framework will see whole house refurbishment projects for a multitude of public sector organisations.
Specialisms cover kitchens, bathrooms and associated works, landscaping, electrical works, painting and decorating and heating services.
The framework is divided into regional lots and project value bandings with CBS featuring in all five lots in West Central Scotland.
The tender process for this framework was undertaken strictly in accordance with the EU Procurement Directive.
