The traditional tenement block which encompasses 60 Fergus Drive has been completely refurbished and returned to its former glory.
Finished to a high-quality specification works included; stone repairs throughout the elevations, renewal of lime mortar pointing, chimneyhead masonry works, rot works and renewal of mullions and lintels.
The roof was refurbished with Cupa H3 slate, new gutters and flashings, replacement downpipes with roof anchors installed and relocation of satellite and television aerials.
To complete the project, the roof light and the glazed cupola arrangement were replaced and the common close was fully upgraded.
CBS worked closely with the client and various co-owners to carry out the works whilst minimising disruption to residents and the public.
