Contract Building Services (Scotland) Ltd are proud to announce it has secured its place on the Glasgow City Council Statutory Repairs Framework.
The framework for statutory repairs of privately owned tenements and general housing properties in Glasgow City – Major Repairs over £50,000.
The estimated value of contracts for the entire duration of the framework agreement is worth approximately £2,000,000 over its initial duration of two years.
The framework is designed to enable the council to not only deliver improved services and value for money, but to also support the local communities.
Since the Framework began in July 2016, CBS have successfully tendered for and secured their first two projects: Dixon Avenue and Carmyle Avenue.
