Work is well underway at our conversion project in Maryhill. The aim of the scheme is to create additional residential accommodation by altering 2no. existing properties.
Works at 4 Shiskine Place involve extending and alterations to an existing ground floor and first floor flat with the addition of a 2-storey side extension and a rear porch.
Works at 60 Oran Place entail converting an existing roof space into habitable accommodation with the installation of a new timber floor, external masonry walls, timber partitions and steel supports.
The development of these two properties will meet a much-needed demand for affordable housing within the area and all within context of meeting the strategic objectives of Maryhill Housing Association.
